Defects & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our motivation! If you received a defective or damaged item, please assist us with the following within 7 calendar days upon receiving your order.
  1. Take a photo of the defective product.
  2. Email us at enquiry@vernal.com.sg with the photo and the order number.
After we have received the above email, we will acknowledge with a reply within 2 business days to arrange for a replacement for all items deemed defective/damaged.
  1. Please note that only products purchased on Vernal.com.sg may be returned for a replacement. We do not accept items purchased from another retailer.
  2. Returned products must be in their original condition. We do not accept partially used products, or products with broken seals. We will also not accept responsibility for personal damages to an item such as dropped, spilled, misused, etc.
  3. If a package is confirmed to have been delivered by our logistic partners, we will not provide a replacement if it is subsequently stolen or lost.
All shipping fees incurred for the replacement under the above-mentioned will be covered by Vernal.com.sg.
