This website, Vernal.com.sg, is managed by LeoGem Asia (UEN 53405605M), sole-authorized ecommerce web-based reseller of Vernal skincare products in Singapore.
The following Terms of Service constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Vernal.com.sg (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
We are committed to giving you the best online shopping experience. It is important that you read and understand these terms and conditions before you make your purchase. With clear understanding of the information we have provided below, we ensure that your shopping experience will be an enjoyable one.

GENERAL
All enquiries and order-related emails will be attended to within 2 business days. Kindly refrain from sending us multiple emails if you do not receive a reply within a day. By doing so, your email will be pushed back, and it will take us even longer to revert. Please be assured that our team will get back to you as soon as we can!
USER REGISTRATION AND AUTHENTICATION
To shop with us, you will be required to register and sign up an account with the Site. Upon registering with us, you are required to fill in your personal particulars, and ensure that all particulars are updated and accurate. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.

PRICING
All prices stated on Vernal.com.sg are in Singapore Dollars and all payments made will be converted to Singapore Dollars.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Before you checkout, please ensure that you have selected the correct items and quantity, as we are unable to amend or cancel any orders after confirmation. We will not be held responsible in the event where wrong items are selected, duplicate orders are placed, or add-on products are needed to achieve a higher VDollar cashback. We also regret to inform you that we are unable to combine orders once they have been confirmed.
Vernal.com.sg accepts bank transfers and PayNow, credit and debit cards, which includes Visa, MasterCard and American Express via PayPal.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days.
To ensure your order is smoothly processed and promptly delivered, please check that the full and correct address is stated. In the event whereby an inaccurate shipping address was provided, and a parcel is returned to us, a re-delivery fee will apply. Charges will be advised accordingly. You will be required to make payment via bank transfer or PayNow before we ship out your parcel to the corrected address.

For all undelivered parcels back to Vernal.com.sg, we will contact the relevant customer via email. Unless it is an error on our part, the cost of re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
Parcels returned to Vernal.com.sg that are unclaimed after 30 days will be deemed as our property. No compensation will be offered thereafter, as sufficient response time has been provided to the customer.

Promotional codes issued by Vernal.com.sg can be used on any purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Promotional codes usually have an expiration date, and this will be informed accordingly. If it is not utilized within the given timeframe, the discount will be forfeited. No refunds will be made for orders where promotional codes are not entered at point of purchase. They may be used in conjunction with VDollars, depending on the terms and conditions stated. All terms and conditions of the promotional codes will be clearly stated accordingly. We advise our customers to understand them fully before applying the promotional codes during checkout, to avoid disputes. We may, through mailers and newsletters, update and remind our customers to utilize the promotional codes before the expiry. Promotional codes are not valid on delivery charges for all orders unless otherwise stated, and orders placed using promotional codes are not applicable for any returns.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

Backorders are opened for sold out items and are generally available during the stipulated time frame only. Arrival times for different items vary and are usually stated under each individual item. Please join the backorder only if you are comfortable with waiting.
We apologize that there may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed shipment, and/or insufficient stocks. For delayed or cancelled backorders, you will have the option to request a full refund, or as VDollars credit of the item amount into your account with no expiry date.
In the event where an order consists of an in-stock item and a backorder item, we have a split delivery option which allows you to receive your in-stock items before your backorder items. You will be able to make your selection upon checkout. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be billed twice should you choose to ship your in-stock items and backorder items separately.

PRODUCTS
