Vernal.com.sg is an exclusive website for our valued Singapore customers. We currently only ship within Singapore borders for orders placed here.

All local deliveries are managed by standard courier or in-house delivery team. Enjoy FREE SHIPPING for all purchases with a minimum amount of $60.00. A flat shipping fee $4.50 will be charged for all purchases under $60.00. You will receive an email as soon as delivery has been scheduled.

Orders received on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day. Upon confirmation, all orders will be sent out within 2 business days. Delivery time is dependent on selected delivery agent. Please note that during times of major sale periods, your shipping time may be extended by several days.

Please ensure that the delivery address is correctly provided to avoid undelivered trips made. In the event a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect delivery address, a re-delivery fee is applicable. Such charges will be advised accordingly. Payment for the re-delivery fee must be completed before a new shipping arrangement will be made.

All local deliveries do not apply to no-go zone addresses such as army camps, offshore islands, restricted address, etc.
